This Online prepaid card loading is a service of Access Bank (Cameroon) Plc ("the bank"), aimed at enhancing customer experience for Prepaid card holder especially on loading Access bank prepaid card.
This application for a loading prepaid card will be subject to Access Bank (Cameroon) Plc's approval and the following terms and conditions:
The amount shall respect the following rules:

Minimum Amount per transaction: 2,000 XAF
Maximum Amount per transaction: 250,000 XAF
Maximum Number of Wallets to debit per day: 3
• All transaction of loading through this solution is approved on the mobile phone with your mobile wallet secret code.
• The card you want to load should be an active card in case of any issue on the card the transaction will fail.
• The mobile wallet you are using to load your prepaid card should be active and funds with enough balance to cover the transaction (main amount + fees)
The prepaid card loading fees will be charged to the customer he uses this solution to load his card are:
Service Fees: 1% of Total Amount
Total Amount is: Recharge Amount + Loading fee (500 XAF) + VAT on loading (97 XAF)
For this web application Only Prepaid card holders will be able to create an account and access to the service. Private setup during credentials creation on the application should be kept secret. It will be requested each time you want to open the application.
Note: The information shared when creating the account should be valid.
For any payments that failed and required chargeback the reimbursement will be execute 24 H after the transaction.
